Functional Features
The measurement instrument and digestion device are separate, ensuring the stability of the optical system.
The analyzer features a cold light source and a narrow-band interference optical system, providing excellent optical stability.
The main unit and digestion device are equipped with a color touchscreen, offering a user-friendly interface in both English and Chinese. An integrated operation guide provides detailed explanations for various functions.
The analyzer supports curve queries; in addition to retrieving the curve equation, users can access the standard values and corresponding absorbance for each calibration standard, along with calibration timestamps and operator IDs, fully replicating the calibration conditions.
The digestion device features multi-point error-free calibration, achieving zero-error measurements at set points and completely eliminating errors commonly associated with non-linear temperature sensors in other digestion devices on the market.
Digester includes a timed reminder and an automatic shut-off function after digestion. The instrument is equipped with a secondary protection feature: if the digestion device temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius, the power supply will be automatically cut off to ensure safe operation during the digestion process.
In addition to the 200 factory-set calibration curves, users can add and store up to 3,000 custom curves within the instrument.
Storage capacity reaches 100,000 records, including parameter names, concentrations, units, detection times, and operator IDs.
The analyzer also features a printing function, allowing immediate printing of test records or retrieval of previously printed records.
A USB interface enables connection to a computer for easy data transfer.
